“The soup here tastes clean and doesn’t have that heavy MSG feeling like the other big hot pot spots in the suburbs. The handmade noodles are a must-try, chewy and bouncy. The meats feel like a good value for the portion, though the other add-ons are pricier in comparison.
Expect long waits during peak times. Our first attempt had a 1h+ wait on a weekend dinner, and we only got to try it on our second attempt when we came on a weekday afternoon. This isn’t a place with fancy decor or service, but it is a fun experience with genuinely good food.“

“This place is such a hidden gem! It’s like a build-your-own hotpot, and every bite is packed with incredible flavor. Tucked away in the Northwest neighborhood, it definitely deserves way more recognition. It may be counter service, but the care and attention they give you feels like full table service. And trust me—this praise is coming from an Asian foodie. Game on.“

“One of the best hotpot in Beaverton/Portland area that is all you can eat. Premium meats and an abundance of delicious vegetables. You have to pay extra for the sauce bar but it does come with appetizers and is worth it. Service is quick though not chatty, which suits us fine since we are there for the food. The atmosphere is good, clean, though a bit cozy. Expect 2 people to be around 100 USD.“

“As someone who’s traveled to China multiple times to multiple cities, I can say these are authentic flavors and dishes. Must order #1, Chongqing Chicken. Yes it’s spicy, yes your mouth is getting numb, and no you are not having an allergic reaction. That’s just the real Szechuan peppercorns doing the magic they do. Must order #2 Pork Wonton in Chili Oil. Do yourself a favor and get a side of the chili oil for an extra $2. You’ll find yourself dipping everything in it because it’s that good. Last but not least, Garlic Green Beans. A staple of better Chinese restaurants, these Green Beans are crispy and swimming in butter & garlic heaven.“

“The most fresh seafood boil I’ve ever had! Perfect amount of food! Only issue I had is that the seasoning had a lot of sugar which took me by surprise but it was still extremely pleasant! I ordered mild but had no spice so def ask for hot or up for some spiciness. Will definitely be coming back!“
