OMG! This was my first time here and Jason took care of us!! All my friends and I work in the industry and had no choice but to show up almost an hour before close. Jason made it such a memorable moment for my friends birthday. Will definitely be back again for Jason!!

Jason was the best! We celebrated our friend’s birthday here and the service was incredible, we had a wonderful time and the food was delicious! Highly recommend!

Based on the reviews, Xin Ding Dumpling House 鑫鼎轩 - Downtown Portland is one of the best dumpling houses. The food comes out quick and is delicious. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Specific meals mentioned include the chicken chow mein, pork & veggie soup dumplings, sesame chicken, Mandarin Chicken, shrimp fried rice, shrimp dumplings, Chicken and Vegetable potstickers, Pork Fried Rice, Soup Dumplings, and Mongolian Beef. The potstickers are done traditionally, fried in the bottom of the pan and steamed on top. The food is authentic, transporting diners back to China. The portion sizes are huge, the drinks are delicious, and the flavors are better than Din Tai Fung. The service is excellent, attentive, and the staff genuinely cares about making the experience enjoyable. The atmosphere is clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing meal.
