McDonald's in Vancouver

“Ohhh... What can I say. Micky D's is Micky D'. Their iced coffees are really good & way cheaper than any of the popular coffee spots.
The last batch of french fries were way better than they have been before. Need to keep them fresh & hot guys. Your fries hadn't been all that great lately.
But all in all. Always fast, pleasant & convenient.“

“Went today 10/1/25 at 11:15am and the girl working the front was so sweet and attentive. I brought my two young children which is always a little nerve racking bringing them into eating establishments and they made us feel so welcome. She brought them crayons and coloring sheets, a puzzle and even noticed when my son accidentally dropped his fries and brought him a new one. They went above and beyond!“

“This is by far the best McDonalds I've ever been to. I'm in this area twice a week and I get my breakfast here, using the mobile app. The staff here is courteous, kind, upbeat and just wonderful - no matter how busy they are(and they're pretty busy!!). This McDonald's location is a shining example of how ALL McDonald's locations should operate. I love going to this location!!!“

“Photo attached is a photo from my vehicle outside mirror, it shows the employee holding the bag out of the window waiting for the next car to pull up. In the rain and wind and 50 degree temperatures. This worker has done this to me in the past. On this visit they held my drink out and asked I pull up to next window. At least my food bag didn't dangle out of the restaurant. The customer behind me wasn't so lucky. Please McDonald's, can you train your employees to keep the food inside the restaurant until they hand it to the actual customer and not hang it out to dry and cool off. Prefer my fries hot. And ketchup on the side.“

“Close to no wait in drive thru. All the food was fresh and hot. Our order was accurate. The employee helping us was real cool and professional especially after i forgot to order an item i needed.We were visiting from out of town and stopped here before hitting the freeway and he didnt make me go through the drive thru again for the item. I was pleasantly surprised.“

“I just wanted to give a shout out to the manager on duty this morning, I believe his name was Leo? An older Hispanic gentleman. I came back in after I was missing something from my order; both Leo and the cashier in the first window were both in a rush, the line was piling up, I felt bad for taking up space in the line for something as simple as a missing hashbrowns. But they were both extremely nice, they both apologized for the mistake. Maybe this isn’t a huge deal, but I thought it was really nice that we were able to solve it so simply and politely. Whenever I’ve ordered from here in the past, I am always happy when I see that Leo is working.“

“Good quarter pounder w/cheese. Service was little off. So worried about if your ordering thru an app that the were kind of weird if you weren't. They seemed distracted I had to repeat what I was ordering a couple of times. Maybe order thru app should have it's on drive thru line or by walkin only. Service was awkward but they still got order ready in a reasonable amount of time. Sometimes technology is not always a good thing Food was fine but service made me anxious.“
