Their TB in St Helens, OR is the worst I’ve ever been to. Managers are rude and will prioritize only their drive thru line, if you go inside to order you will wait until the drive thru is completely empty. The manager will tell you “10 minutes” but really it’s closer to an hour.
The Area Manager for the Franchise does not answer phone calls from managers, specifically from Jordan who works at the Sifton 15640 NE Fourth Plain Blvd location. It is their job to support managers. Should be reported.
The "gangster manager" at Toco Bell in Lake Oswego is a joke, talks at you like like he's an important gangster. Won't be going to that location ever
