Went to the drive-thru today ordered my drink and went back to work realized that they didn't put in any shots in it. I went back and the gentleman that helped me where's super friendly very accommodating made me a new coffee gave me a gift card for a new coffee such great service there! Accidents happen I was not upset. Great experience!

After today I will not return when asking a staff member if prices had changed her response “I think they have but I’m not sure” “I’ve heard their different by location” really???
