Vanilla Bean is the best stop for a latte in Vancouver, and my favorite barista is serving them.
Sierra is finally back, and even though she's a little older today (HBD btw), she still runs a great business.
She turned me onto white coffee a few years ago, and always offers some great new flavors with it for me to try.
If you want a some delicious drinks served by a great lady, do yourself a favor and go give Vanilla Bean a try.
Stopped by Vanilla Bean Espresso today and had one of the best cups of coffee I’ve had in a long time! The espresso was smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced with just the right touch of vanilla — no bitterness, just pure flavor. You can tell Sierra care about quality and craft. A real gem right here in Vancouver! Definitely my new go-to spot.
