They close at midnight. I pull up to the drive thru at 11:45, all lights and signs (including the "drive thru open" sign) are still on. Pull up to order and sit there for 3 minutes, nobody responds. "Hello?" Nothing. "Helloooo???" Nothing. Drove around and saw the crew hiding out ignoring the drive thru because apparently they didn't feel like doing their job for the last 15 minutes of their shift 😒 very rude and immature behavior. Only peeps in the joint; took 20 minutes. Even accounting for the 3 vehicles that went through the drive through this was excessive. The food, when it finally arrived, was ice cold with zero flavor. Do not recommend.
i ordered food from jack in the box here in washougal. i ordered 2 kid meals, one chicken nuggets and one chicken strips with curly fries. well she didnt hear the kids meal part and rang in adult meals. then had to delete and re enter them. she didnt "hear" the curly fry part and hmgave us regualr frys. well when⁶ i tokd her she made a mistake she started to argue with me. tell me i was wrong and i would have to pay more. i said no you made the mistake. i already had to wait...read full review
