We had a fantastic experience at McGlinn’s Public House in Wenatchee, WA. Parking was super easy, and from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel very welcome, friendly, attentive, and efficient.

We ordered the Blueberry Prosciutto pizza (absolutely delicious, the combination of pesto, mozzarella, fontina, gorgonzola, prosciutto, caramelized onion & fig, dandelion greens, fresh blueberries, and basil was just perfect). The crispy crust and the balance of flavors made every bite a true pleasure!

We sat outside, enjoyed the wonderful weather and amazing company (my husband 🥰), and truly had a great time.

The basil lemonade was refreshing and delicious, the perfect touch to complete our meal.

“We stopped at the public market to walk the river and stretch our legs on our 7 hour drive back home from Spokane. We chose SOUTH to grab a snack. We didn't have a big appetite so we ordered guacamole with chips and salsa. Everything was rich in color and smell. I really enjoyed the mix of flour and perfectly seasoned corn chips. Both the red and green salsa choices were delicious. The guacamole was a little chunky, as it should be. What stood out was the freshness and quality of ingredients. My nine year old and I agree we had the best snack ever. Our server was really awesome and explained food sources and confirmed the tastiness we experienced was due to exceptional care for providing quality food. Then he said our bill was on him! ❤️ I've forgotten our new friend's name but I hope he knows how special we felt from his generosity and excellent service. We definitely can't wait to go back for full menu orders.”

“I am absolutely in love with this place! I went there to celebrate my birthday and they were so kind! They greeted me with a cute card on the table that said happy birthday! The server was so sweet! It was my first time there and she was very helpful and patience with us! The food was amazing we cleaned our plates! At the end they surprised me with an amazing dessert! “We went for dinner based on the past experience of my wife's past experience. The waitress was the first positive for sure, it is nice to see someone who enjoys their job, she was the high point for sure. Getting a great steak was the main goal here, we were disappointed, this was not due to the preparation, it was the quality of the steak that was the issue, this was Choice grade at best, not tender or melt in your mouth. Went for the Whiskey Onions, the Onions were not caramelized, no real flavor, same with the side of sauteed mushrooms. Savory is what we were looking for, did not happen. I guess this is best summed up as "Not what it used to be" I will say however, the Margharita was very good!”

“Finally, a cocktail bar that knows their stuff and serves the best old school Daiquiri ( and Negroni, Wok-a-Rita…). They serve an on point cocktail on the first order. No stingy pours here. In town for the Apple Blossom Festival and kept coming back for the quality. The companion Asian wok restaurant had solid food options including lettuce wraps, summer rolls and (a generous portion of) the ribs.”

“My husband and I ordered the Spaghetti and Clams. It was absolutely the best we've ever had! The Manila Clams were fresh, sauteed in a light sauce of white wine, a splash of cream (not heavy or thick), garlic, lemon. Served with a house salad and fresh baked bread, with whipped butter. If you haven't tried this and love clams you've got to try it, you won't be disappointed!”

“We spotted this place heading to the bridge over the Wenatchee river and decided to try it out.
The service was good, as the servers were very friendly, nice, and attentive.
We ordered, and the food came out pretty quickly. It was hot but really good and the portions were good as well.
The food was really tasty and very satisfying. I will definitely be going back!
I would highly recommend this place if you like Mexican cuisine.”

“We love papa's pizza, but what I wanted to say was that we just were in the parking lot waiting for them to bring our pizza out and the young man with a hat and long hair did not know we saw but on his way back in the store he picked up some random garbage on the ground, to throw away inside. I hope whomever his boss is knows how awesome he is and what a good employee they have! Its so rare to see a young person go out of their way to take care of something without being asked. it is awesome”

“We were craving a burger after spending a week away at camp, so we saw The Igloo and we decided to take a chance. I don't know how to describe this place, but it was awesome. While one might feel a bit cautious going on (I was the only POC in the place), it was fine. It was clear that this is a place for locals. They knew one another, and it was charming. It is a bar/pub, so it took a bit to figure out how to order. We started a tab for our lunch and ordered a burger and a burger dip. Both were EXCELLENT. I'm not sure when we'll be back in that area, but my guess is that we'll be back.”

They were helpful in picking out a cupcake, had a lot of pre-made cupcakes to choose from and when I asked if they had an individual candle to buy, she brought out a whole jar and let me choose. She also exemplified excellent food safety the whole time and had a friendly, welcoming demeanor. After stopping at a different bakery and getting 0 customer service and a cold greeting, Cupcake Blues hit it out of the park! They'll be my bakery of choice from now on.”

“I always love the vibe at Dutch Bros and have been a customer for years. I'm currently on a medication in which I can't have dairy. When I told the employee this and asked for flavor suggestions in my cold brew, she double checked the list of products that contained milk and helped me settle on a dark and white chocolate sauce combination. It's absolutely delicious 😋 and I am so grateful for her assistance!!!! (Wenatchee Mission Street location)”

“This place is a gem. I love me some street tacos, but they make the best. The secret is their fresh made tortillas! Soft, pillowy, little bit chewy,.. super good! I have yet to have something I don't like. they are becoming part of my regular rotation for food options. They do have a small indoor seating area. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I LOVE this place. (the only thing lacking,.. it needs to be by the ocean beach & serving margaritas)

“We come here often for the best pizza anywhere. This morning we came for brunch - avocado crash pad, apple pie waffles and tamales. Jaime manages to make the food decadent and healthy while having very reasonable prices and great atmosphere. My 6 yr old loves it and we have also come on our own for date night. (Has or can make heart healthy gluten free options.)”

“My husband and I went there for our anniversary yesterday. We don’t live in Wenatchee so we wanted to try a new place. This place didn’t disappoint. We walked in with a warm welcome from the stage and the food was fast and amazing and on the cheaper side for how much food you got!! I got to try new things I never had an enjoy it throughly. Everything was cooked with care. We can’t wait to go back for more :). If you’re looking for great quality food and fast service I’d go here.”

“This coffee spot is the most fire coffee spot in Washington and that is saying something. We come from Seattle to visit family once a month and we stop here every day we are in town. Their totty coffee hits the spot every time and definitely gets you spun. The staff are super nice and I would say that there is always a wait because the coffee is actually the best. The line is the only bad thing about it.”

“Just ordered from these guys off the recommendation of our hotel. We custom built a large with white sauce, onions, pepperoni, country bacon, roast garlic and olives. It was easily one of the best pizzas we've ever had. Stacked full of toppings, fantastic thin, but not crunchy crust. Only downside is we live in Canada and can't come here more often!”

They do their job well, but clearly aren't brainwashed by corporate overlords. Didn't try to force upsales or anything. They also play great music and have an immaculate vintage vibe

Parking: There's a large lot that's set up so you don't have to back into or out of any of the spots

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of kid-friendly options on the menu. It's clearly a family-oriented restaurant

Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are easily wide enough for someone with a wheelchair, though they are double doors so someone would need to help open them. There are no steps or curbs to prevent access to the door”

“All Starbucks are essentially the same. They have several non dairy milk choices. They have exactly one gluten free, vegetarian item - - an egg/omelette thing. Fast breakfast in a pinch, but no variety. Customer service is consistently good.”

“A friend had me meet her at Yeyo’s Bakery. There is huge variety of baked goods. We took a good selection home, especially enjoying the pumpkin empanadas. Maura, the baker/owner, was sweet and helpful.”

“We are in town for the long weekend and have already been here twice. We have loved everything here including the torta, elote, horchata, mango smoothie with the tamarind stick and the best was the quesabirrias, only available on the weekend. Order the largest size of anything you get; leftovers are good too!! The family is wonderful and helpful with the menu! “Wow, the service and food was excellent. The flavors had a combustion in my month. I spoke to some locals about this Denny's in Wenatchee the comments were not so good. They are crazy and don't know what good food is. Being from Texas this was the best place to eat. Go to Denny's I highly recommend. The waiters and waitress are friendly, fast and courteous. Way to go Denny's.”

“We’ve never been to this shop. And coming from the west side we were looking for a unique coffee spot to go to on our weekend get away. We came across Foray. Pulled up, not knowing it was an app only based location. They were not upset that we did not order on the app first, just took the order and ran with it. They took the time to explain who they were and what their process was. It was a super stellar experience. Left very happy with some REAL coffee.”

“Arriba Nayarit. Two Days in a row. amazing food! 🤤 the birria de rez (beef) and goat (chivo) The best cabeza taco's, the small tortillas are dipped in juice before grilled. The large homemade tortilla cabella tacos are fluffy with no grease. Today the Menudo was some of the best of the valley! Top 3. packaged perfectly. Les recommendiendo tacos Las Coras, Ready for a cubeta of beer and some mariscos! The music 🎶 is amazing. nice sit down place! 11/10”

“Outstanding long time tavern/bar. Borderline dive bar and undoubtedly the best joint in town. Very good service. Excellent food, all of it. Plenty of parking out back and on the north side of the building. Pool tables, dart boards, juke box, lots of TV's. Drink and food specials daily. Did I mention ice cold beer too! Can get crowded at times and that should be expected given how good the place is. Highly recommend as I've been a repeat customer there for over 40 years. Enjoy!”

“**RAVE!** I visited this gem today with my toddlers and husband for the first time, and it was an incredible experience. The staff were super friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The food was absolutely amazing, especially the homemade salsas in the giant molcajetes- so cool! The atmosphere was calm and inviting. To top it off, our food arrived in record time—just about 10 minutes after we walked through the door! We ordered the California burrito with chips, a wet burrito with rice and beans, and a delicious quesadilla with fries. It was a fantastic meal and experience all around.”

The younger cashier staff was a bit short and when he returned the change to my significantly older companion he put the change on the counter instead of in his hand. Since they have to provide cash change this way in the drive up there should not have been a reason he couldn't have given the cash change to my friend's hand. When you have arthritis little things like that can be a huge discomfort. General customer service etiquette could use a refresher.”

“I have never had Godfather pizza and I was told it was good pizza. This location could benefit with an update to the seating areas but on their other hand it does give you that older chilln feeling. I definitely enjoyed my experience sitting down and eating the delicious pizza with a cold corona. Most of the arcade games were broken and ate a lot of my coins but I got refunded. I recommend this location and the pizza! They have a lot of space for large party’s.”
