I popped in recently after a friend from Portland recommended Le Doubble Troubble. Only two other people were in the bar, so I was lucky to enjoy a lovely tasting with pretty much unlimited access to the owner who answered all of my questions about the winery and its origins. Super fun vibe with a great atmosphere!
Tasting flight of 5 wines from local vineyards, all quite good, and just $10. After your tasting order a bottle or glass of your fave, add a charcuterie board, and sink into one of the cozy chairs and enjoy!Inside is bright and light with comfy chairs, live edge wood tables, different seating nooks, and bar all contributing to a modern PNW vibe. We love LDT. Sometimes we go for tastings if we are with friends that haven’t been before, if it’s just us we have a few glasses of our favorites. Love the vibe of the place and have always had warm, friendly service. Definitely give them a try if you are in White Salmon.
