At first glance, even just driving by, the line outside may seem daunting and not worth the wait, but they're set up cafe style to take orders at the counter. That line moves quickly, and that's where simplicity ends: the food is impressively well crafted, from ingredients to production to plating. White Salmon Bakery is the idyllic prototype of the small town, locally sourced bakery and Cafe. It is unfathomably cozy, cool, and delicious. This has some of the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had, even against home made. I will go here every time I'm even remotely close and never regret it. You are doing your soul a disservice by not frequenting this gem.
