What a terrific treat was in store for us any time we go to the gorge. Everything we've tried is delicious. My personal favorites are their cardamom buns and oatmeal chocolate chip walnut cookies.
Whoohoo! I came off Yakama mountain today wet and cold! At the White Salmon Bakery I had grilled cheese with bacon, a cup of tomato soup and drip coffee. I gotta tell ya this hit the spot and got me warm an happier than I was. Even though I came in close to closing time, the staff were friendly and the food was piping hot!!
I may need to take another trip back to White Salmon just to stop here! We were in town for just one night for a wedding and came to the white salmon baking co for breakfast and we are so happy we did! The breakfast was delicious but the pastries were also divine-we ate them before remembering to snap a picture! There was plenty of seating inside and out and the staff were friendly and professional.
