We are so happy we stopped by on our way home from our road trip. This was one of the only places open in town and we aren’t disappointed. Not only was the food great, we were pleasantly surprised by the service. We rushed in before closing to grab take out and did not feel rushed and the food was fresh.
The trout was so perfectly done…crispy and crunchy perfection. It was so tasty that I ate the whole fish. The pumpkin seed mole was full of umami. The flan….omg…the salted toffee made it amazing! The margaritas are delicious and strong so start with the 10oz ?

Pixan has above and beyond flavor, kind service and a fun atmosphere. Best part of the meal was the flavorful horchata, and the Quesatacos which were a perfect balance of spice, crunch, and flavor in each bite.
