“My first time going to cookie heaven and I am pretty sure they almost had to drag me out of there. These are truly the most amazing cookies and creations. And it was hard to choose between just two or three. I am going to have to make sure I go back on an empty stomach. The staff is amazing, you know exactly what you're getting, and they are just so beautifully done. Love this place!“

“I visited on Wednesday with my grandson and his friend. Roi was upbeat and customer focused. When I told her my grandson had a nut allergy, she took extra care, mixing his ice cream in a separate area in the back of the store to avoid contamination. Deeply appreciated! We will be back - and look forward to trying an ice cream cake in the near future!“

I freaking LOVE the beet Reuben. It’s honestly one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had as a vegetarian and my carnivore friends like it too!!“

“Always consistent, order the same drink for the past few years and she always remembers it, pretty fast for just her in there and the quality of her products are amazing!
Parking: She rents out her extra parking spaces for 10 each for the lake nearby when their parking lot gets full during summer. She’s and awesome person and i think that’s a great idea considering she normally does espresso/icecream“

“Great Baskin-Robbins location. We have gone several times and it does not disappoint. They have a lot of different ice cream flavors, and they even added mangonadas. Staff is always friendly, welcoming and helpful. There is plenty of parking near the store, but it is also shared with other local stores.“
“I recently tried their new Orange Bitters Thai Tea - SO GOOD. It reminds me of a high quality mocktail that’s super delicious and refreshing.
I have also previously tried their regular Thai Tea and Thai Green Tea. Both are really good but I love how unique the Thai Green Tea tastes!
Love their drinks and will definitely return and bring friends.“

“Absolutely outstanding customer service! Chose this location even though it's an extra 25 minutes away. Vanessa was extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and patient! She took the time to walk me through ordering the cake, made sure that it was exactly the way I wanted it, answered all my questions, even helped secure specific candles for my daughter's special day. “Great ice cream for the best price around. This is a completely volunteer-based ice cream shop where the ice cream is sold at cost and the student workers work for tips and good times. The atmosphere is cool, with games to play in the lounge area and usually a movie or music videos playing on a projector on the wall. They have scoops, cones, milk shakes, and fresh baked cookies (and cookie-ice cream sandwiches). A great place for a casual date, a study break, or to meet new friends.“

“So I really wanted cookies when my buddies and I were on a bachelor party trip and they wanted ice cream, so I found out this place has cookie dough so while they got ice cream, I got insanely delicious cookie dough that only cost me $3.28 for THREE CHUNKS OF COOKIE DOUGH (see picture below, I ate one before I could even get my camera out). WHAT A STEAL. Anyways, the wedding was fun but the cookie dough will never be forgotten. 5/5.“

“I went last night for the tropical ticket ice cream I've been waiting to try. The last couple times I went in for ice cream their center freezer section was not working and they were missing a lot of the flavors. Now that it's fixed they have all the flavors and I finally got to try this one. Davian was very polite and patient while I also tried some other flavors that piqued my interest. He recommended the mango flavored ice cream to go with the tropical ticket flavor so I ordered one scoop of each in a cup and it was a perfect blend of tropical flavors; like I had been transported to Hawaii.
I would give 5 stars for the professionalism and great recommendation, but I did use the restroom while I was there and it had a strong urine odor, and they stock the hand soap with that awful cherry almond scented soap that dries out your skin and just smells bad.“

Super fresh, creamy, and the toppings were just perfect.The staff was so sweet and friendly, smiling the whole time and making the experience even better. “I don’t get the bad reviews.... This place is amazing. From the ice cream to the food. Of course it’s a bit pricey. It’s a small privately owned business. It’s not a chain. The owners are incredibly nice people. I’ve been going here for more than 20 years and I can’t say enough good things. It’s not their fault parking is limited. It’s Madison Park... They have continued to offer the best ice cream, food, and service even during unprecedented times. I bring my kids here, and have been going since I was a kid. Not many places left where you can share childhood memories with your children.“

“Thank you Shirley. After a nice dinner, we were craving ice cream. We found Kwality Ice cream in Bellevue. This store has some very unique flavors from Pakistan and India along with traditional flavors. They have flavors like Rose, Kulfi, Saffron, Chicoo, Paan, Mango, Pistachio and more. When we went in, a young lady Shirley was working behind the counter. The owner was also present. As we waited our turn, the store got very busy. We were surprised that the owner abruptly left while Shirley was meticulously taking the orders and preparing them. She was overwhelmed with customers but she kept her smile and did a fabulous job. She took care of every single customer and everyone was happy. Didn’t hear anyone complain. She told us she had been working for just a week. Wow! Thank you Shirley for such a positive attitude and for taking care of us and others that came in today. The owner is very fortunate to have such a dedicated and hardworking employee working for him. I am giving a 5 star rating due to Shirley and the quality of ice cream. Sorry, the owner gets zero stars for leaving in a hurry and putting all the workload on Shirley's shoulders. “I came here for a nice scoop of Americone Dream in a waffle cone, and I was not disappointed. Somehow, seeing this store here felt comforting: it reminded me fondly of my time in the Northeast. There is not a lot of room in the shop, but that makes it more charmingly quaint, like the little unassuming storefronts I always look for when I am downtown in a city, and it felt nice amidst the cavernous immensity of this mall. Walking around anywhere with a bit of Ben and Jerry's is always pleasant, and my experience here was no exception.“
