Today, I visited this great location to grab their unicorn frap. I was thrilled to for it to be back and was warmly greeted by the friendly baristas on the floor. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality!
Their drinks are usually great, but today I ordered a white chocolate mocha on the app, and when it was delivered to me the sticker was correct, but the drink is definitely not white chocolate mocha. Now I’m stuck with this drink I didn’t even choose and I hate dark chocolate 😢
Raquel and the rest of the team are amazing!!! They made my birthday feel like it's something to celebrate I left feeling so good that I'll be back to this particular location. The manager had a smile the employees were eager to bring joy to my day. From the bottom of my heart THANK YOU!!!!
