Taco Bell in Yakima

“After a long day at the pick & pull across the street, I needed some grub before back north. I decided to go in to order and relax. I stood at the front counter for about 10 minutes, and nobody came up to help me or ask if I had questions which I did
did. A couple employees seen me, but ignored my presence, and did not even alert any other employees I was at the front counter. I ended up just leaving and driving home irritated and hungry.“

“This is one of the best Taco Bell’s I have ever been to. The restaurant was clean, the food was great and the employees seemed like they loved working there. I heard them in the back cheering about how quickly and efficiently they were getting orders done. The young man at the front desk even offered to write down the restroom code for me.“

“Came through the drive-thru at 3PM today. Whoever is on backine did an absolutely amazing job making my spicy potato soft taco. So often we get crappy from fast food services and it can become disappointing. Fortunately that was not an issue today! It meant so much to me to have a taco that was fresh and packed with potatoes. It makes me want to keep coming back to this location! Please be sure to let your back liners know they are doing a great job 🙂“

“The wait times were high today but the food came out perfect. The lobby was clean. So were the restrooms. All of the employees were extremely friendly and professional with clean and neat appearances. Food safety procedures were being followed. All of the customers in the lobby waiting for food (there were quite a few) socialized with one another while waiting. It felt like a nice community gathering place. I'm sure I'll be back.“

“Ramon, and Alexander are the funniest and kindest guys I have ever met. The customer service is out of this world. They are 7 feet tall and they saved me from a car fire. I would eat here again. Overall the best restaurant I have ever been to. Aaron is so kind.“
