“My wife and I heard about willowdale through a friend and thought we give them a try for their Friday fish fry. We arrived earlier than their dinner serving hours and settled at the bar for an Old Fashioned which was excellent. We ordered our dinner at the bar and transferred to a table until the dinner service began. Our order easily followed to our table and was served by very friendly staff. We both ordered the beer batter cod with au gratin potatoes; the best of both we have had in quite some time. We had a fantastic experience; will definitely go again, and would recommend this Friday fare to anyone.“

“This is a nice, clean, little local bar that is a good neighborhood hangout or good for a visit when you are on the west side of Janesville. It has the usual selection of beers and liquors along with a smatterings of new offering by local distributors. We have always been treated well here even though we are not "regulars".
