“This was the first time I've been to a Chili's in quite some time. On the evening that I visited they seemed to be very understaffed. All of the staff were working very hard and doing what they could to keep up with the demand, they simply needed more people. I tried the Chili's Philly. It had good flavor but I think they could add more steak to the sandwich. Overall I had a good experience.“

Seriously did not know Rockford had an arts scene, nor a funky neighborhood like the North End. Food was inventive and delicious, carefully prepared and beautifully presented.
