“Hey just letting you guys know you have the best sandwiches in the world! But my last 2 visits you've gotten parts of sandwiches mixed up, and they can't be the best if they're wrong.....

Our take-out order from 2 months ago had 2 sandwiches labeled as eachother's instead of theirselves, no way to fix that when we found out each getting home 1.5 hours away from each other..... And this weekend we watched our take-out get made and it seemed like the person pulling them out of the oven was mixing them up, sure enough half of our 2 sanwiches had half of the toppings the other was supposed to have - big problem for those allergic to mayo or lettuce when you put those on half of their sandwich and leave the other sandwich order without those.....

Still love your food and will continue to visit because it's too dang good but your cooking staff NEEDS to pay better attention building sandwiches“

“ooking for something to do on a warm summer day, I saw that they were having a free live music concert featuring the Bear Creek Band. The winery/distillery is nestled into a scenic area, right next to the Chippewa River. Behind the building is a large area with the stage, with the vineyard behind that. On this day, they had Happy Trails Pizza serving food. The inside of the building has a large main seating area. There are different areas for tasting wine, ordering cocktails, or buying snacks and merchandise. The entire space is well-designed.

We ordered a few cocktails and grabbed a table under the pergola-covered area. There weren't that many other people there (it was a very warm 90°F day), so we had lots of space. My Lavender Collins was very good, and everyone else enjoyed their refreshments. While we listened to the band, we munched on the caramel corn that we purchased inside. If we hadn't already had lunch, we would have tried the pizza. Maybe next time.

“I like this place a lot. The only problem I have and that's my own personal problem is that I do not like water street or the downtown barstow area at all. Mainly because of parking, there are many places. I would love to go to on water st and Barstow area But I am not gonna waste my time trying to find a place to park. “It was our first time at Sammy’s. Hubby and I wanted something quick and simple and affordable. I had always wanted to stop for the salad buffet. We ordered the lunch special which is the personal pizza and salad bar. The salad bar was good but if I had my way, I wish it had greens and not shredded iceberg. I’d pay a dollar or two more for that. 😂 But it was still good and fresh. The waitress was SUUUUPPPEERR friendly. I asked her recommendation for pizza and she said the primo which is what I ordered. It did not disappoint! What I noticed immediately that it was REAL sausage chunks. Not the cheap pellets you sometimes see. Also I saw that there was sausage evenly distributed to ensure you get a piece of meat at every bite. Most places don’t do that and it drives me nuts. The crust was thin and crunchy which I loved. There was a good sauce to cheese ratio. If you want something affordable, stop at this great mom n pop restaurant. They even have take home frozen pizzas. No cardboard pizzas here. We will be regular customers when we crave pizza. Yumm!“

“I've never had a good experience at this restaurant. haven't been here in years. I decided to swing in for a quick salad after my workout. I got there at 12:50 PM on a Tuesday. I was able to order right away, I didn't order a beverage. At 1:00 the couple behind me sat down, at 1:05 the couple behind me ordered. At 1:10 the couple behind me got their order(S) I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and was solo. I had other oligations going on I had to get to, I figured it wouldn't take that long for a chicken salad. As I got to the festival foods doors, The manager came out of famous Dave's and yelled, "Don't you want your food?" 😂 ....Yeah I sure did but not 40 minutes later sorry not sorry.
