I am a former employee of McDonalds and know what practices should be followed and these guys break just about every single one of them. I just ordered 2 McMuffins and I was going to order a frappe but because of the attitude of the store manager and the inaccessibility of being able to pay via cash at the store with the mobile app, I decided to not order my frappe. She wouldn’t honor the advertised coupon and give me a percentage off of the frappe. I more than know this is well within her ability to do as she was the store manager. When I ate my McMuffins, the Canadian bacon wasn’t cooked on the grill and the egg yolk was not broke prior to cooking the eggs like it should have been. There was also no butter on my muffin as there should have been. I have also ordered a double cheeseburger on another occasion and the burger had no salt or pepper on the burger and they didn’t get my only add on to the burger and that was mac sauce. At another location of theirs in Wausau, they were selling drugs out of the store, having sex in the store, doing drugs in the store, picking up buns off of the floor and using it in a customer’s sandwich and I could go on.
