“I have been dining at Mai's for years and it has been consistently stellar. Great menu, with a good array of curries and other dishes. You can get an authentic level of heat, if desired. They use plenty of herbs such as Thai basil, often not the case in American Thai restaurants. It is nice that at they offer vegetarian options like squash curry and tofu, as well. Atmosphere is simple with a spartan dining area, but it's all about the food and great service!“
“It's our go to good Asian food spot when we're looking for a dine in. We always get good service, I love their Phet Phet sauce, and I think their drink menu has the funnest names I've ever come across. They also serve coconut water that compliments most of their foods perfectly“

“YUM! This place is great. My favorite is the Garlic Beef of their usual selection, but there are so many others to choose from and always some special rolls. Depending on the time of day you go, the selection varies so keep that in mind (the earlier you go, the better selection). The price is reasonable for the amount of food and each roll comes with your choice of sauces, which are fantastic.“
“Most places in Appleton doesn't surprise me. I went and met up with a friend here for brunch buffet. It wasn't an all out buffet but they had certain menu items established. To my surprise everything from the fried rice, eggroll, soup, and appetizers were great! Fried chicken was fried to perfection. Fried rice had a nice hint of wok smokiness! I was so amazed I went back and their sushi which was decent, but every other dish that they served from their special item of "golden peking duck" was. Hit! Curry tasted great, and their padthai was wet and not dry in which I loved! Highly recommended“
“I was looking for a place to get pho and saw Dan's review about a horrible location and bad service.When you see a restaurant with a bad location that is still surviving, it's because the food is good. The rule worked again, the "Meat Fever" was amazing.“
“Was getting a new windshield put on my vehicle at safelite and decided to walk here for food. Gotta say the food is very solid. Ordered pho, pad thai and pork belly. Definitely one of the best tasting hmong restarunts in appleton. Don't hestitate to try this place out.“

Honestly, wasn't so sure what we were walking into - we didn't hear too many great reviews.Wasn't very busy for a Friday, which led us to be that much more skeptical.Walking in, service was great and welcoming, and we had our choice for seating.Choices on the menu for our liking weren't very good, but we did both find something, and the food came quickly and ended up being very good.We got the Sweet Fire Burger without jalapeños, substituted the pepper jack cheese for Cheddar - excellent, and cooked as requested.Also had the Vodka Tomato Shrimp - amazing.“

Portions are big and although I didn't see that much chicken in the noodles, it had other ingredients like tofu. The service was good - I would like to try some of their meat next time. Their pho was $17 which is a bit expansive compared to other places...“
