The food is always great. The service by Kaying is fantastic. She’s so courteous and polite, even if there was any conjecture and confusion on any party’s fault. She always apologizes with a friendly smile and also gives extra free food, for overlooking an order. That’s how customer service should be like, everywhere.
Really good authentic Hmong food. I had the papaya salad with wings, sausage, and sticky rice. Im from Atlanta and it's so difficult to find Laos style papaya salad so its definitely unexpected how good theirs was here with the tiny crabs and everything. Be careful on the spice and don't order it unless your palate is ready for it. Wish we had more places like this back home. Will definitely come back here next time im in Appleton.

I think this is a family owned restaurant. This place is pretty big and their Pad Thai was delicious. Portions are big and although I didn't see that much chicken in the noodles, it had other ingredients like tofu. The service was good - I would like to try some of their meat next time. Their pho was $17 which is a bit expansive compared to other places...
