Craziest experience ever. Stopped in to place an order to go but wanted to pay cash. Was told that the price online couldn’t be honored because I was paying cash. So, I purchased a gift card with cash so I could place the order online. Placed the order and never got a confirmation number or email. Probably the worst service I’ve ever received at a restaurant chain. My husband, daughter, and I walked in and were sat and completely forgotten about. No one even asked us for a drink order. Sat for 20 minutes at least and eventually just walked out. What was the most annoying part was there were servers around milling about and talking to each other while we sat and waited.
