Ordered for the first time in a long time last weekend and was impressed with the speed of service. Ordered online was quoted 20 minutes, pull up to window and was told pizza just came out of oven and less than one minute I was served. Pizza Hut needs to learn to keep promotions ongoing as regular prices are not worth it considering Marco's is much better for less.

Ordered online. Nothing showed up. Called and was told order was canceled due to not havong some of the items I ordered. I can understand canceling an order but not bothering to notify the customer is ridiculous. So sad when u can't even manager a pizza shop correctly.
