Food is ok,the waitstaff is fine,but when you order and say that an appetizer is your meal it should be delivered with the meals for the rest of the table. We also had an order totally messed up and was served with dry rub,not sauce. My husband got to sit and watch me eat. I would definitely say this Buffalo wild wings is better in comparison to the one on the other side of town in Grand chute.. This is not a fast food restaurant it's definitely a sit-down and enjoy your conversation type of place. I ordered the combo basket and it took about 40 mins to get our food but it was hot and tasty.
