I am never one to complain or write bad reviews but I had a bad experience last night. It was my wedding anniversary. And my husband and I were able to have a babysitter and have a date night. We like to go to Red Ox for special occasions and I was in the mood for steak so we decided to go for dinner. I ordered a combination dinner with haddock and an 8oz tenderloin. Not a good experience! Waitress there I think her name was Stacy, not sure.. She had shoulder length grayish brown curly hair, anyways, she was so rude!! We felt like we were inconveniencing her by being there. Rolled her eyes at me and sarcastically said “SUPER!” When myself and my husband’s cousin were on separate checks. We received three $20 gift certificates for Red Ox so we decided to try them out for dinner. Before going, we looked at their website, menu and Facebook page. What stood out right away was their numerous unfriendly rules for customers – do this, don’t do that... On top of that were several negative reviews within the past year, but having $60 to spend, we opted to go anyway.
