A hidden gem coffee roaster in Appleton and well worth the stop just to meet the owner, Dan. Very friendly when he isn’t busy as a bee with local orders for the fox valley. No longer a cafe but if you see his van from 41, you won’t be disappointed.
Such a great local roaster, high quality beans. I like a medium to medium-dark roast and their Harimau Tiger is perfect for that and I find to be a crowd-pleaser. If you like greener profiles they do that too. Worth trying out and is widely available across the Valley.
No longer a cafe as it is primarily operating as a roastery but I’m so glad we stopped in! Got the chance to meet Dan who was such a delight. You can tell he has a true love for everything coffee and is living his life passion sharing it with us. I look forward to trying these coffee beans we picked up! Thanks again Dan!
