Nakashima of Japan Reviews
Was fun to see them cook in front of us
For is so good and the portions are huge!
Our chief was awesome! We took our 3 kids here for the first time. Our youngest being 6 and he was very aware the big flames might be scary and gave us a good heads up before doing them. Great portions and flavor. Do wish we had gotten just a few more shrimp. Steak was tender and cooked perfectly. All 3 Kids said theyd go back!

Nakashima of Japan offers great food and skilled chefs. Hibachi performances are a highlight, with chefs like Miguel providing a memorable experience. The restaurant is especially popular for sushi, which many guests consider the best in the area. The atmosphere is perfect for a date, and the staff are very kind and attentive. Customers often enjoy sitting in the bar area on Wednesdays, where servers like Margie and others take great care of guests. The presentation of dishes is fabulous, and the chefs are skilled at engaging diners, especially children who enjoy the hibachi shows. Portions are consistently good, and service is generally friendly, although some guests mention feeling rushed during busy times. The restaurant has open tables and prompt seating even during busy periods, but parking can require a walk during weekends when the place is crowded. Overall, Nakashima of Japan is a favorite spot for sushi lovers and those seeking a lively hibachi experience.
