The atmosphere is average, not particularly special but not terrible either. The restaurant is conveniently located near the Fox Valley Mall and other stores. The hotel itself provides clean rooms, fresh linens, free parking, and functional air conditioning. However, there were issues with noisy guests due to a swim competition, and some maintenance problems like a broken front door. The check-in process was not welcoming or informative. Overall, while the location may not be ideal for some, others may find it suitable for a return visit.
