Ashland Baking Co Reviews
Friendly, helpful employees and great variety of yummy breads and treats. 💙
Our family adores this baking company- I wish we could have it shipped to us. Beautiful flakey croissants, delicious pastries, and friendly staff. This is one you do not want to miss. It's the best!!!
Amazing baked goods. I really enjoyed my Orange Cardamom croissant for a quick snack on our way to Michigan. The breads smelled and looked amazing too. My husband had the ham and cheese croissant and a Parmesan pesto wheel and he loved them both. If your traveling, it’s good handheld food for the car.

Ashland Baking Company is a highly recommended bakery known for its delicious and decadent baked goods. Their croissants, danishes, and pain au chocolat feature flaky, buttery layers. Standout items include their cinnamon rolls, pecan rolls, and French baguettes. The bakery also offers wonderful sourdough, breakfast pastries, and desserts like lavender cupcakes. They also have pasta salads that are very good. Customers often visit early to enjoy the fresh bakery scent and may leave with warm pastries. The gift shop part has wonderful cutting boards and bread knives. The cozy atmosphere, super friendly staff, and inviting aroma make it a favorite spot for any occasion. The dessert manager is a pleasure to work with. It is a small bakery with big flavors, definitely worth it.
