My family and I have been here many times, with many different experiences. Thus, if you come here, temper your expectations.If the boss (owner) is not in the house, the food and service is sub-par at best. The best example of this was when I ordered the taco salad. The food at El charro is awesome. There's a hotel right next door you can stay at if your on the road and you can walk right over to El charro and get a good meal, great service, and alcohol if you choose. All for a pretty decent price. Don't hesitate to stop in you won't be disappointed.

My husband and I had lunch there yesterday. We ordered Enchilladas Verdes. Their verdes sauce is really good. Flan for dessert and it is one of the best flans we have had in a long time.
