This was a great bar to visit on my way through Ashland, Wisconsin. This place is very welcoming. The bartender was very nice and helpful. I was impressed by the beer selection and enjoyed the atmosphere of this place. I'll definitely remember to stop by again on my next trip to the area and recommend it to anyone else visiting Ashland.
I am not from Ashland, but visited my aunt and uncle back in the 80s when I was very young. Yesterday, I went in for the first time ever. It was everything I had imagined. And, the beer was cold!

In my opinion, the Neighborly Bar is the best choice for a few sociables while in the area. I've been one of their customers for over 45 years. The atmosphere is awesome. They host many local events throughout the year. Check them out.
