“There are several Italian restaurants in Door County. And yet, once again, there I was...in the land of whitefish and walleye. Eating pasta from my very favorite place to eat pasta. I swear these people have an Italian chef being held hostage in a cooler full of perch....Creating absolutely insane pasta dishes. Like the current special which involves Green goddess sauce with pistachio and I'm pretty sure... fairy dust. Oh, and have I mentioned the cocktail creations? My latest was made with gin infused with baobob. (Oh ... and the seafood is awesome too)“

“We had such a great experience at Cut in Fish Creek! Everything we ordered was absolutely amazing, and you can tell they use high-quality ingredients. I had the Truffle Pig BLT, and it was incredible—packed with flavor, perfectly cooked, and easily one of the best sandwiches I’ve had. The bacon…. So damn good!!! The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was friendly, making the whole experience even better. We can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu. Highly recommend if you’re in Door County!“
