My dad has been buying bread from the bakery for years and recommended we do a tasting because of the great experiences he’s had, so we did a tasting and picked an almond cake with chocolate ganache and cream cheese frosting for our wedding in June 2021, even though it was an outdoor June wedding it stayed looking beautiful and never melted. All of the guests raved about it and said it was the best tasting cake they’d ever had!“

It may not be the soft Essen Haus ??? pretzels of the Essen Haus with Dusseldorf or Horse Radish mustard...but the shop is clean, staff is friendly, quick, and efficient. And she gave me a free pretzel ? because I told her I am a Google Reviewer after she asked why I was taking pictures. Gotta love service like that. If I'm being honest...the cheese sauce could use some work...but the pretzels were hot, soft, and delicious.“
“Explored Log Cabin Family Restaurant on our last day in Wisconsin. Food was traditional and we felt it fell a little short. Wife had the slow cooked roast beef, daughter had the grilled cheese, and I had prime rib sandwich. My prime rib sandwich was delicious, daughter enjoyed the grilled cheese, and the wife thought the slow cooked roast beef was tough and a bit lacking of flavor.Highlight of the meal was our desserts. Wife ordered apple pie, daughter French silk, and I had the blueberry pie.Wait staff was great, and the parking was plentiful.“
