We visited this location during a Friday night dinner rush on 7/19. It was quite busy and the staff was busting their backs to keep up. Although it was so busy it was hard for them to keep up (I’ve def seen way more staff in busy locations like this one so maybe something to consider) they all seemed to keep a smile on their face and were very polite. they do not cook the chicken long enough, always soggy skin, and larger pieces are bloody, causing diahrea. just cook the chicken another minuet to make sure it is properly cooked and the skin is not soggy. i don't see this as a big issue to fry it 60 more seconds, costs an extra 1/2 cent. better than getting people ill. the dells and reedsburg do nice crispy chicken that has never made me sick, also fish on fridays in reedsburg!!1
