Employees were fun, friendly and have superb customer service. I was outside with my dog and they brooding my blizzards out to me. Love seeing kids working and enjoying it.
Never have a bad experience when we come here. Friendly staff and always makes the blizzards as they should. Clean store and good staff overall. We don’t go to turtle lake store anymore so nice to have this store to go to when we want a sweet treat.
I dislike all the high tables and chairs, very hard for Seniors and people with mobility issues to sit at. They are way too close together, and hard to sit on both sides of the table. They do have two regular tables to sit at, usually occupied. Really preferred the booths and the few regulars tables they had.

The young men behind the counter are particularly notable for their excellent communication skills, being well-spoken, articulate, and polite. Overall, customers have a good experience, enjoying fresh and hot meals, and pleasant conversations with the staff.
