“Very bad experience! I come in here a couple times a week, the past few times something’s have been forgotten on our sandwich’s or something else was added, which we are understanding people things happen it could be there First day or the are having a bad week who knows 🤷♀️ but today we got our sandwich’s and we got all the things right but the veggies were switched around on them, we always do an online order so they probably grabbed the wrong ticket or something, this was at 10:30 on our lunch but we had to go back to work so we just called them around 1:30 when we got off of work told them our problem and they said they would grab the manager, she came on the phone saying “nothing is wrong with the sandwiches I made them my self” so we told her no it was right but the veggies were all switched around “ she said that is wrong and she was so stuck up on the phone we were trying to be nice about it, but she was just so mad, and she “doesn’t make any mistakes” Maybe she shouldn’t be so mean and rude and think about maybe she could of made a mistake, but instead said she wouldn’t remake them for us etc,etc. we were upset and told her we still have the sandwich and she just stopped talking and we were saying thank you and everything. As a manger you shouldn’t ever act like this maybe being a manger isn’t for you or working in the food industry isn’t for you. We went in 30 minutes later and the sandwiches were already made she handed them to us was so mad and slammed the other ones in the trash, left and didn’t say anything.“

“The workers were coughing and sneezing while they were making sandwiches and wraps. And wouldn't change their gloves either. They also are over charging for drinks and the 3.99 special as well. Especially when you turn it into a wrap instead of a sub.“
