“I order 50 footlong subs ahead of time for our out of town football team that was traveling to New Richmond to play, worked with Jenna at the store and she was fantastic! Very easy to work with, helpful, pleasant, accommodating, had the subs delivered to the field for us with everything we needed! It went extremely smooth and we were very thankful!“

In terms of favorite Jimmy John’s, this is my favorite one.

And as for the other reviews, people need to understand that delivery time differs on the amount of deliveries and drivers. When you only have 5 workers, 10 people in the drive through, 10 people inside ordering, online orders, deliveries- it’s not going to only take 5 minutes for your food. You should not be going into any food restaurant and just assume it’s gonna be 5 min for your food if it’s packed like that, no matter the slogan. And truthfully they are fast.“

“The staff has improved, the food is always good, its a sandwich. The price.. if this hasn't been said enough by everyone who buys anything these days. Prices are too high, but I can live with it. My issue is the tipping question, I just spent $24 on 2 turkey sandwichs, with only mayo. Now the machine is going to make me feel almost obligated, or I'm the jerk if I don't tip 20%. You want your employees tipped, leave the jar out that was good enough. Don't make me say no, as the employee stares at me. And I know they are in the food industry they can get tips, I'm sure slicing open a sub, asking me 2 questions qualifies you to get tipped in today's world. Regardless do the customer a favor, since we are spending $50 for a meal, get rid of the tip feature on the machine. Love the store doing a great job, Boston is very friendly love it.“
