I order 50 footlong subs ahead of time for our out of town football team that was traveling to New Richmond to play, worked with Jenna at the store and she was fantastic! Very easy to work with, helpful, pleasant, accommodating, had the subs delivered to the field for us with everything we needed! It went extremely smooth and we were very thankful!
Employees got my large order done very quickly and they helped me with many parts of my experience and it made my experience a lot better
Quick fast service

Subway is a restaurant that stands out for its exceptional service. The friendly staff, including the kindest girl and gentle gentleman, provide a warm welcome to customers. They efficiently handle online orders, drive-through, and in-store customers with professionalism and politeness, even during busy periods. The menu offers a variety of options, including the popular chicken bacon ranch sandwich. While some dishes may be slightly dry, the overall experience is positive, and customers leave feeling satisfied and eager to return.
