I called to confirm our order because we noticed it was a little behind, mind you this in not Pizza Huts fault, we had wonderful costumer service by Nikita. She was extremely apologetic even though this wasn’t her doing as I reassured her we understood this was door dash. I felt heard with her and she seems like a wonderful addition to the Pizza Hut cooperation. She deserves to be recognized.“
