We had Big Ed cater awedding "meet and greet" the night before the big day. Enough food for 80 people. Arrived on time, hot, and with all the fixin's! It was so damn good the brisket was gone in under an hour. All of us were from out of town and at least half enquired who was responsible for this magnificent BBQ.This place will now be on my short list of places to visit when I'm near Belgium, WI.Thank you for the great service, and most importantly, for the great food!
I enjoyed a rack of BBQ ribs today. They had a great smokey flavor and were juicy. The owner was friendly and gave me all three sauces to try. The place is small but clean. I will be back for sure!
