“Went here for dinner with a large group of friends and ordered the Gyro Salad and Calzone. The gyro meat on the salad was nicely sized, extremely tender, and very well seasoned. The salad mix that came with it was well proportioned, and both tasted just as good the next day as leftovers. The breadstick was dense, warm, and incredibly delicious. You can tell the dough is handmade. The sausage calzone was not too big, and the handmade dough here did not soften or get soggy on the bottom. After reheating the next day, the crust held its firmness, and the calzone was just as flavorful. The interior of this place is pretty eclectic, with lots to draw your attention to. It's family orientated, and the wait staff is incredible. Tom was fast, extremely patient, and friendly. He was kind enough to grant our requests for separate checks and took the time to socialize with us. This is a great spot with great food and good people.“
“Apparently this restaurant is a hit among locals, and for good reason. Delicious garlic bread but the stand out is the marinara sauce. It honestly tasted just like my Italian step-moms home made marinara sauce. The atmosphere was busy but lovely, clearly it's a popular spot even on Sunday nights! We will definitely be stopping in again on future trips to Port Washington.“
“We have been to Messina several times in the past few years, and always are greeted pleasantly, and enjoy the charming hand-painted murals on the walls. It is the wonderful food and service bringing us back every time. There's quaint Italian music, or a mix of Jazz and Sinatra piped into the lounge. A small but nice wine offering is a plus.Whether we have steak, pasta or seafood, we are always impressed. A favorite is their marsala. Salads are crisp, fresh pepper is applied tableside. Entrees are beautifully presented, and breads are wonderful, served warm with butter. My favorite is the desserts - I never leave without having tiramisu, and Messina's is wonderful... Even on Saturday nights, without a reservation in a snowstorm, or in July at the height of the dinner hour on a weekend this place shines - in every way. Food, Service, and Atmosphere.There is an exceptional wine list which we occasionally enjoy, too. I love this place and have always hesitated putting out such a wonderful review, because I don't want to find the place so busy as to not be able to give me the great service that we have always enjoyed! “This was our first time there after multiple years of people saying we should go. We got cheesy garlic bread and their monthly special pizza, a French onion, and both were great. We were able to speak with the owner, and it was fun learning the history from such a kind woman. We will be back!“

All of the coaches appreciated having a delicious pizza option versus ordering from a chain pizza restaurant and commented about how good the food was. Would definitely recommend!“
“This is the first time we have ordered pizza from here. The experience was perfect. We called ahead last evening and ordered a large pizza, thin crust with sausage and pepperoni. I asked if it could be ready by 5pm. No problem! When I went in to pick it up the chef was just taking it out of the pizza oven. It looked delicious. I did not order the canoli ahead of time and asked if we could have 4 and the most friendly gal said no problem and made them up for us right away. We delivered this to some friends of ours at a campground. Everyone loved the pizza and canoli.Best Pizza, best Canoli, best chef, best gal at the front desk taking care of us. “After having a very disappointing experience with my usual pizza place (Domino's, 2 hours, cold pizza) I decided to pick up a pizza from a place that I drive past all the time but had never been. So I called and ordered a pizza to be picked up. When I got there to the small store Mike the owner (? Not sure about that) and I started talking about delivery since I'm a Doordasher and Mike gave me a tour of the place, (spotlessly clean and uncluttered) and his $5k heating system for his deliveries. He is the only one in the area that has special pizza bags that contain a disk which is heated up in the kitchen ( in 1.5 minutes so hot I couldn't even touch it) and the pizza placed inside the bag. Never get a cold pizza delivered again! And how was the pizza? Hot and fresh with big chunks of vegetables lots of cheese and a great sauce. Even after 10 minutes to get it home the crust was great and crunchy. Impressive pizza. Price wise a Large 16" pizza with tomato, olive, sausage, pepperoni, onion, green pepper was $26. Worth every penny! Take out and delivery only are available. I will absolutely be back.“
“My lunch at Oostburg Pizza Ranch was great! . I enjoyed fresh salads, with a variety of toppings and delicious pizza from a good selection. From several dessert choices, I chose the yummy cactus bread. One person with me didn’t eat pizza but had plenty of selections including chicken,, vegetables, soup and ice cream which he made into a root beer float . The people who work there were pleasant, courteous, helpful, and efficient. Overall, a nice place to eat and enjoy the experience.Parking: Easy for all including people with challenges.“
“Not only is the food consistent and quality, it is so impressive that suck a large bar/restaurant can produce such from a limited space (look right when you come in the door). I often dine in on their 2nd floor balcony that overlooks the marina and Lake Michigan (it is the only one in Port). Not only are the employees top notch (friendly and can handle any degree of demand); but clearly management cares about the business and their staff. Big time thumbs up! Also Lane is one of the best bartenders out there! They are lucky to have him!“
“Third time eating here/delivery, and the food was delicious as always. Very nice and friendly staff. This time, I stopped in to eat and got the pulled pork sub with fries. The meat was moist without soaking the bread. The barbecue sauce was smokey and just the right amount of spice to it to give it kick of flavor without burning off the taste buds. I've known the owner since we were kids running around the streets of Cedar Grove. I give them 5 stars not because I know the owner but because they truly have great food and service. The only issue with this place is that the dining area is rather small. This place also delivers to Oostburg, Belgium, Lake Church, and of course Cedar Grove. Now that is service! Keep up the good work David, it's nice to see local businesses like yours keeping commerce alive in the Grove.“
“Trying so many frozen pizzas throughout my long years of living , I have to admit Luigi’s has become my top favorite. Being from Chicago , I do love a great thin crust. Luigi’s pizza to me is superior for several reasons. First and foremost is the SAUCE! The sauce is incredible. Generous toppings is another factor and super super cheesy . This pizza needs no “ doctoring “ as I usually have to do with other brands.Very impressed and pleased with Luigi’s.I’ll continue to enjoy them in my future days.“
