“First time at Freddy’s and it won’t be the last! I had the California Style burger meal, and I loved that I could substitute it with an Oreo peppermint shake – which was amazing! The food was delicious, and the service was good. The only suggestion I have is to keep up on cleanliness; a quick sweep and a wipe-down of tables would make the experience even better. Looking forward to my next visit!“

“Just received the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I called from SC to purchase a gift card for Father’s Day for my dad to pick up and the woman who answered was so polite; she was working alone and promised to call back after serving her long line. My dad loves his ice cream and frequents this place often! Sure enough, she called 30 minutes later and took care of my purchase with kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend this place for the best ice cream and staff!!“

The libal / Greene ave location is open year round. The Webster avenue location is great if you’re on the fox river trail but is ice cream only and operates strictly in summer.“

“I love coming there. They have a huge variety of toppings and flavors. I do think that a little chit chat with some employees needs to be had though. I believe there was a new young man working and training. The two girls who were also working were not helpful to him much and were on their phones the whole time. I was trying to help him at the register as he hit the wrong button for the bill I gave and he wouldn’t figure out the change. If I weren’t honest, when the other young girl did finally help him as she told me my math was wrong and used her phone to solve it, she would’ve only charged me for $5 and change when my total was almost $13.96. I gave a $50.04 bill and he hit the $20 billI button and couldn’t figure it out. I had to count back the money in front of him so he knew he did it right which was no big deal and he even thanked me. We will still continue to come here because we Love it, but we’ve noticed a difference with the young teens lately.“

“Went in, talked about Sake with the owner, pretty nice guy. Ordered some boba, an egg roll and a Korean street taco. Him and his wife made 3 tacos for me that must've been flavored with the Krabby Patty Secret formula cause holy heck you can taste the love! Boba was stellar as well. 5/5 will be returning next time I'm in Green “

“Had the salted caramel concrete mixer. So delicious! Couldn't believe how creamy it was. They got the sweetness just right! Great flavor that wasn't overly sweet. Will be going back to try other flavors. I love that their website shows you exact calories for tge extra add one instead of a range like some other restaurants. Very friendly cashier.“
