“Good but high calorie food. Never had any issues with food quality or presentation but it can be annoying seeing just a large number of employee's standing behind the counter doing nothing. I don't understand why Culver's pays all these kids to just stand behind the counter doing nothing. It's not just this one it's all Culver's.“

“Awful customer service and cold, stale food, misleading delivery on website. Ordered delivery, paid including delivery fee and tip, got a delivery time estimate but then... nothing. I called after an hour and a half, thinking they were running behind, and they said they don't deliver but my order was sitting at the counter. Cold. I picked it up and asked for the delivery fee and tip back, and the person said that she would have the manager contact me because she couldn't do it and walked away. (Never got a call or tip and delivery back.)“

“Visited for the first time for the Dubai brownie and was not disappointed.
My first time trying Crumbl, and when I came for pickup this morning, it was busy inside.
The blonde lady working, I believe she said her name was Lily, was very friendly and bubbly, and made me feel very welcome. My order was wrong initially, and she promptly worked with the brunette lady, which I was not able to get the name of but she was also great to address my issue despite there being a lot of people in the store waiting.
The brownie was delicious, and the customer service was phenomenal. I will definitely be back again for the sweet service and sweet treats!“

“This is absolutely 💯 👌 🔥😋the beat place to ever get subs hands down the best subway don't stand even close and firehouse subs their ok but !!! SCOTT'S Subs are 1# . The staff is super friendly and polite and super clean tables . And nice clean bathrooms. Plus they have a great selection of ice cream for dessert. Love this place. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ waittt!.!!. “First time at Culver's and I definitely enjoyed the super nice Wisconsinites making me feel welcome. The menu is great and far more interesting than most. The burgers were fresh & excellent, however, I think In N' Out still has the burger crown!“

“We flew in from Idaho to celebrate our 25th anniversary and Culver's was our first stop! The cheese curds and onion rings didn't disappoint, nor did the burger and chicken! Atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, restaurant was clean and quiet enough to talk comfortably.“

“Overall a great experience - my son was really impressed with the burger & chili cheese fries.
The guy who was at the cash register (blue jeans/glasses) definitely needs a raise. He was so friendly & helpful with everyone. They forgot to make our ice cream & then made it incorrectly but it was still a 5-star experience because that one guy went out of his way to have awesome customer service.“
