After doing a mobile order we sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes and only 3 cars ahead of us. Granted I can’t say any McDonald’s has great service anywhere but this was absolutely horrible even for their normal sub par service. Definitely will NEVER go there again. And to top it off they had someone training running the drive thru and the poor kid had no clue what was going on. Disappointed with my Coke, so much ice the cup was completely full of ice, Coke was see thru and flavorless.
An hour on the Drive through! Without a doubt, the slowest McDonald's I've ever seen. Very frustrating!
