I've only lived in Boscobel a couple years, but this place rocks. I very highly recommend the frying pan-sized omelets, mounds of hashbrowns that conveniently don't count for carbs, and a salad bar that nobody working there will bat an eye at if you squish 19,000 calories worth of cheese, croutons, and dressing into the container when you're thinking, yeah, a salad sounds healthy. A classic and outstanding American diner experience.
I had the most perfect and delicious blueberry pancake this morning. It was wonderful.

Unique Cafe is a popular restaurant between Boscobel and Atlanta, Georgia, offering a welcoming, hometown atmosphere. The restaurant serves excellent food, including a hot beef plate with large portions and coconut custard pie. The breakfasts are outstanding, with impressive omelets and a salad bar that is a highlight. Despite being generally busy, diners can always find a table, making it a convenient spot for meals. The staff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. There is usually plenty of street parking available, and the restaurant has some accessible parking for those with disabilities.
