This is one of our favorite places to eat when we are in the Boulder Junction area. Headwaters is typical local establishment with north woods charm. I always seek out good Walleye dishes when I am in the north woods. Their Pan Fried Walleye here was fantastic. It was prepared well and very flavorful. Your quintessential Northwoods restaurant. Great for lunch, a light snack & drinks and dinner. Been going there for years and always decent. We usually stop there once or twice a trip
