Oh my goodness, the food here is phenomenal. I have been there twice now and it gets better with each item. Both times I had a veal entree and the portion size was good and so flavorful. Definitely order the upgraded soup to their baked French Onion because it is to die for. This is by far the best restaurant I've been to in the Northwoods.

It is completely heartbreaking that this place is closing. It has a rich 40-year history, and people come from all over the country to eat here. We went a week before they are scheduled to close for good. Everything was completely flawless from presentation to taste to variety.
