I ordered a number 6 filet-o-fish combo with a number 2c quarter pounder and cheese deluxe meal along with buy one and get one for a dollar of a 6 piece mcnugget and quarter pounder with cheese since I ordered one deluxe I wanted the other be original plain as photoed on the television menus. Well got the quarter pounder with cheese with bun without the ketchup, mustard, pickles and sliver onions as pictured on the television menus.
