I ordered a log cake for a pick up time at 11 AM. When I got there I was ignored for about 10 min, before someone asked if I had been helped. My cake was not ready for pick up. I was told it needed to be decorated. 15 min later, he carried my cake out, it looked like a child decorated it, with smudged icing and only pink sprinkles, and in a container 3x the size of the cake! I've had good experiences with the exception of tonight the #5 double cheeseburger deluxe was fine but the fries were the lousiest soggy barely warm usually they are hot and crispy delicious fries but not tonight I spent almost $19.00 for the meal with a large chocolate malt and pretzels.
