“Best Panera EVER! I’ve been going to this one since I was little & I’ll forever go to this specific one. The food is always amazing, the workers are so nice & the place overall is just the best. I live across a Panera & I still go out the way to this one. The manager Areta especially is always so helpful & goes above & beyond to help her customers. She does it with me every time & I see it with others too. She makes my order that’s no longer on the menu & does everything she can to give the best experience. Atmosphere: clean, soothing coffee house music 🎶, friendly attentive staff, quiet. Ordering: [3] self-order kiosks and [2] registers. Seating: string-lit outdoor seating [board games groups love], [1] high top for ten, [3] high top rounds for two, padded bench seating, many quad tables.
Easy self pick up with [3] reserved spots. Easy parking, right off I-41/45 + Capital Rd Exit just past crossroad of 124th St. Newest built Panera in area.

“During my visit I accidentally dropped my beverage on the ground and created a large spill. I was touched by the response from the general manager who quickly reassured me, insisted I not worry about the spill, and even provided me with a brand new drink. As a customer, I felt very cared for and I feel that I have experienced this great level of service very few times. I was overall very satisfied with my experience today and I will be returning to this establishment again.“
