“Martin was extremely helpful with an online order that went through that I was not aware of (online order wasn’t loading, kept giving me “we’re sorry! We couldn’t complete your order”) so I made an order in Panera at the kiosk and received my order that way. Being charged twice was a shock but Martin was very helpful.“
“While the sip Club is great, signing in can be difficult and often inefficient. A card to swipe quickly would be much more efficient. Also, I wish they offered organic coffees. And if you are behind someone ordering for 3 people, you can wait 10 minutes to sign in . The system used by the sign in machine needs to be totally simplified and overhauled. It is only frustrating. I have yet to be able to use it to sign in to the Sip club. I do love their sandwiches and entrees!“
